I ship from Italy with the national shipping system Poste Italiane, which gives the packages to your national postal service.
To assure your product to arrive at your home I have to choose an option that's slightly more pricey but has a considerably more trustworthy delivery.
The packages may take some time to arrive at your home so please be patient, especially if you live in another continent.
If you start to get worried about your package please contact me via e-mail and I'll chek myself with the tracking number. Please consider that some Postal services might delay their tracking updates, which is not in my control.
All the packages are made one by one and I'll ship them as soon as possible. Packages include different materials but mostly paper, please recycle responsibly! ^^
